Hi, I’m Maitry, me and my partner, we are the passionate duo behind our food truck in Kasauli. As avid travelers, we often found it challenging to find healthy food options on the road. This inspired us to quit our jobs and start our own food truck, bringing delicious and nutritious meals to fellow travelers.
Our love for travel and healthy living drove us to create a food truck that offers wholesome, tasty food. We wanted to provide an alternative to the usual fast food options, ensuring that our customers can enjoy nutritious meals even while on the go.
Starting our food truck was no easy feat. We faced numerous challenges, from finding the right location to sourcing fresh ingredients. However, our passion and determination kept us going, and today, we are proud to serve a variety of mouth-watering dishes that cater to every palate.
We believe in serving food that not only tastes great but also nourishes the body. Our menu features a mix of traditional and contemporary dishes, each crafted with love and the freshest ingredients. We focus on healthy, nutritious meals that fuel your adventures.
Our food truck offers a range of unique dishes, including gourmet burgers, tacos, wraps, salads, protein shakes, quinoa bowls, and healthy smoothies. One of our must-try dishes is the local delicacy, Siddu, a steamed bread made from wheat flour and stuffed with a mixture of poppy seeds, walnuts, and spices.
Our food truck has become a part of the local community in Kasauli. We love participating in local events and collaborating with other businesses. We’re more than just a food truck; we’re a community of young travelers who love to eat, jam, and vibe together.
